Ho ho ho - This is what you get when the Finance Minister talks about drugs.... absolute nonsense. Mr Manuel has no idea how to get any control over the consumption of illicit drugs. Talking tough about drugs is like viagra for politicians and the Lord knows that the ANC and Mr Manuel needs some viagra just right now. To control the sales of drugs you have to know who is doing what and as long as the drugs are illicit Mr Manuel will remain in the dark. Mr Manuel proves that he is a Weapon of Mass Distraction.
